The fully automated One-Window Cell started on September 6, 2010. To check the status of your LDA application, visit the LDA website and enter your application status number. The main goal of the One-Window Cell is to provide prompt and efficient service to the public.

This one-window cell is designed to make public interactions smoother and reduce opportunities for fraud and corruption. All public cases are received by this cell and sent to the relevant departments for a quick response. The One-Window Cell operates on a Queue Management or Token Management System.
This cell was created to help everyday petitioners. Two representatives are available to guide the public in using the token machines. The Lahore Development Authority has also set up a call center that can handle 2,000 calls in an 8-hour shift, managed by 10 agents.
