K&N Kafta Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg minced meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Method:

  1. Mix the minced meat, garlic, onions, parsley, and coriander powder in a bowl.
  2. Add cumin seeds, all spice powder, red chili powder, ginger, and black pepper powder.
  3. Chop the mixture again in a food processor.
  4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and shape them into long kababs.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Fry in a grill pan with a little oil.

Chicken Kofta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch green coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp coriander and cumin seeds
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

Method:

  1. Place chicken cubes in a chopper. Add garlic and ginger paste, onion, turmeric powder, all spice powder, and green coriander leaves.
  2. Grind the mixture until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Fry the balls in a grill pan or frying pan with oil.
  5. Serve with green sauce.
