K&N Kafta Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg minced meat
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Method:
- Mix the minced meat, garlic, onions, parsley, and coriander powder in a bowl.
- Add cumin seeds, all spice powder, red chili powder, ginger, and black pepper powder.
- Chop the mixture again in a food processor.
- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls and shape them into long kababs.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Fry in a grill pan with a little oil.
Chicken Kofta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch green coriander leaves
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp all spice powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp coriander and cumin seeds
- 4 green chilies
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
Method:
- Place chicken cubes in a chopper. Add garlic and ginger paste, onion, turmeric powder, all spice powder, and green coriander leaves.
- Grind the mixture until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Fry the balls in a grill pan or frying pan with oil.
- Serve with green sauce.
