Project Overview

  18. Ali town staff having too much bad behavior they stop male customer on a side, & female others side while there was no indication & both male & female site infront of each other’s inside the train. Staff also force & harras the passenger.
    There was no complaint cell in any station.

  75. I had to travel by orange line today on Wednesday (19-10-2022) at 6:15pm from Baghbanpura Station. I passed through the security gate where the dealing officer checked my stuff thoroughly. The luggage checking officer along with security staff, at spot, started misbehaving with me exceptionally. I asked for complaint but he was himself that supervisor (wearing red & gray uniform) who was insulting me. All the staff, ticketing and security, both altogether started misbehaving with me immensely.
    Sir, there is no platform to launch the necessary complaint against such kinds of illmannered personnel. That’s why, they were chanting loudly that no one can do anything against them as they are all in all at that station. I called up the number (042111222627) twice but the call centre officers did not accept complaints. They just received my suggestions and referred me to the SM of the same station.

  79. Staff sitting on ticket counter are not aware about currency note policy of SBP. Most of the time refuse the notice without any justify reason which will create time wastage and embarrassment in public place.

    concern management are requested to advise staff to facilitate people……….

    I had to travel from Thokar to Baghbanpura. At Thokar station, there were two security suspects who had bad behaviour with me while I was traveling with my family. One is male (afzaal) and one is female (Shazia). I tried very hard to lodge complaints against them, but unfortunately couldn’t as Orange Train didn’t have any complaint cells. Please train your staff successfully. The female security person literally said “na karain safar train ma, chingchi py chalay jayein” ye behaviour tha us ka phir ma ny b Keh diya k tumhary papa ki ni ha train. Kindly, I request to please change the staff or at least hire well mannered graduates instead of middle pass.

    I travel on daily basis and see the worker free they sit on chairs and use mobiles no checking which may cause a big loss I complaint station officer but no good response he give me information that our eyes are sencer so dont worry. so plz check it.Thanks
