However, the process of tax filing and NTN (National Tax Number) verification has already begun. The FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) has set up an online portal where you can start your registration process.

While the exact last date for filing your tax return in 2024 hasn’t been announced, you can begin the necessary steps now. Complete your e-enrollment, verify your NTN, and roughly calculate your tax amount. Once you have your NTN, you’ll be recognized as an active taxpayer.
