The AJK Medical College (AJKMC) Merit List 2024 for MBBS and BDS admissions will be released soon. The Azad Government of Jammu and Kashmir, along with the Joint Admission Committee (JAC), is conducting an entry test specifically for AJK nationals applying for MBBS and BDS programs. Here’s what you need to know:

Important Dates:

Entry Test Date: October 1, 2024
Merit List Announcement: The merit list will be issued about one week after the entry test results.

Entry Test Details:

The entry test is scheduled for October 1, 2024 and will take place at 9:00 AM in multiple cities: Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Rawalpindi, and Rawalakot. Candidates from these cities can appear at the designated test centers:

Muzaffarabad: Government Postgraduate College for Boys, Eid Gah Road
Rawalpindi: Future Degree College, Old Orient International College
Mirpur: Kashmir Hilton, Banquet Halls near Chiterperi
Rawalakot: Poonch Medical College

Orientation Seminars:

Muzaffarabad: August 28, 2024, at AJ&K Medical College
Mirpur: August 26, 2024, at MBBS Medical College
Rawalakot: August 27, 2024, at Poonch Medical College

Admission Process:

Form Submission: August 28, 2024, to September 15, 2024
Admit Cards Issued: September 25-29, 2024

Forms can be collected from MBBS Medical College Mirpur, Poonch Medical College, and Future Degree College Rawalpindi.

Entry Test Pattern:

The entry test will consist of 220 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into four sections:

Biology: 88 MCQs
Chemistry: 58 MCQs
Physics: 44 MCQs
English: 30 MCQs

Next Steps:

After the test on October 1, 2024, the result will be released within a week. The final merit list will be prepared based on these scores, and successful candidates will proceed with their admissions.
