Pakistan Railways has partnered with UBL to make e-ticket booking easier. You can now book your tickets using your laptop or mobile phone, providing convenience to passengers.
How to Pay for Your E-Ticket
You can pay for your Pakistan Railways e-ticket using UBL Omni or a credit card. If you need help, call UBL Omni at 021-111-825-777 or 021-111-825-888 if you face any issues with credit card payments.
Booking Your E-Ticket
- Visit the Pakistan Railways website.
- Enter your departure date and your departure and destination stations.
- After booking, you’ll receive your e-ticket via SMS.
- Keep your ID card handy during your journey to show to the ticket collector.
Receiving Your Ticket SMS
Once you make the online payment, an SMS will be sent to your mobile by Pak Rail. Remember, only the official SMS from Pak Rail is valid, and forwarded messages are not accepted.
If your SMS gets deleted accidentally, revisit the Pakistan Railways website to get a new SMS. If you lose your mobile but have your ID card, you can still show it to the ticket collector.
